How does the reimbursement process work?
A "how to" guide for working with our partner Nirvana Health in pursuing insurance reimbursement.
We are uniquely positioned to help our clients in two ways.

Check your eligibility through the Nirvana calculator. Here you will discover if Nirvana can electronically submit claims on your behalf. If this is the case, then Nirvana will process everything for you.

You may still be eligible for reimbursement but you may need to check with your insurance on your own. Let's assume you are eligible for reimbursement. Well then, Invoices are available for you to access at your convenience through our Patient Portal.

This form should be submitted to your insurance company, along with a health insurance claim form, to receive payment. Most insurance carriers process each claim like any other medical claim. Should any questions arise about services, please feel free to have them contact your therapist directly.
Even if you're not eligible for reimbursement, you may still want to engage therapists with WTG, given their high degree of training and professionalism. In fact, many patients prefer to keep their insurance out of the business of their therapy.
