Your 40’s could be the best years of your life – until you arrive at your 50's & 60's.

 

 

In their forties, most people have the tendency to settle into a pattern that is more satisfying to them.

The simple act of caring less about what other people think of you is one of the most effective ways to boost your happiness, and many people reach this point in their forties. 

Your friendships have grown stronger as a result of you no longer putting up with those who create drama and you are quick to cut ties with those who do. This perspective applies even to the irritating members of your family.

 

We have what are known as more 'complex experiences' when we are in our twenties and thirties.
