Taking Care of Caretakers

Being a parent and/or caregiver often prevents us from being fully present in our selves, both in body and mind. Come, Move, Talk Together is an experiential group led by two WTG practitioners and mothers, Elodie Erghott and Dr. Alex Schira, who bring together their respective healing disciplines of somatic movement and group therapy. It is designed to help caregivers reconnect and reclaim parts of themselves with the support of their fellow peers.

Join us for our introductory workshop where we will introduce concepts and simple physical exercises that can be implemented into your day to reduce stress, invite connection, and foster a greater sense of well-being.
