Out-of-network reimbursement is easy at Williamsburg Therapy Group

Select insurance plans allow their members to file claims for reimbursement for therapy sessions, even if the provider is out-of-network.

As a part of our commitment to excellent care, WTG patients with out-of-network reimbursement eligibility can file claims for reimbursement at no cost. Powered by Reimbursify, these claims are fully managed from submission to reimbursement.

How does out-of-network reimbursement work?

Step One: Check your eligibility.

Use the button to the right to check if your insurance allows for out-of-network reimbursement. You'll need your insurance company's name and your member ID.

 

Step Two: File your claim.

After your session, you'll receive an invoice from WTG containing all of the information you need to submit a claim for reimbursement. Simply enter the information here, and Reimbursify will take care of the rest.

 

Step Three: Relax while your claim is handled from submission to reimbursement.

After you submit your claim, Reimbursify's expert claims management team will handle any and all issues associated with the claim, including delays in processing, clerical errors, and anything else that comes up. If they need more information from you, they will reach out to you directly.
