SMS Text Messaging Program

  • Williamsburg Therapy Group, a DBA of Williamsburg Psychological Services PC, offers an SMS text messaging program to clients and prospective clients who opt in. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Williamsburg Therapy Group at the number you provided.
  • Types of messages. Messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling notices, requests to complete intake forms or paperwork, billing and payment notifications, responses to inquiries you initiate, and occasional updates about our services and offers. We do not send detailed clinical or treatment information by text.
  • Message frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive depends on your appointments and interactions with our practice.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive.
  • Opting out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming your unsubscription, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact our client support team at 347-970-6757 or contact@williamsburgtherapygroup.com, [Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET].
